The SI will determine the presence and extent of onsite soil contamination, focusing on arsenic (As) and lead (Pb) concentrations. The work includes incremental sampling methodology (ISM) soil sample collection, laboratory analysis, and preparation of a Site Inspection Report. Scope of Work Field Collection: 27 soil samples + 12 QA replicates (total 39 field samples, 30 aliquots each) across defined Decision Units (DUs). Laboratory Processing: Drying, disaggregating, sieving, milling, and analysis using EPA SW-846 Methods (6010D for TAL metals, excluding mercury and cyanide). Quality Control: Triplicate QA replicates for ?20% of DUs, laboratory QC subsamples, trip blanks, method blanks, and equipment blanks. Reporting: SI report with validated data, maps, GIS layers, and comparison to federal/state/tribal criteria. Deliverables include draft and final reports, spatial data in ESRI File Geodatabase format, and Section 508-compliant electronic documents.
