Terms of Service
Read this part even if you read nothing else
GovSprint produces decision support, not professional advice. Our scores, eligibility and winnability verdicts, incumbent reads and pricing benchmarks are generated by software — and any written analysis we add later may be produced by AI models, which can be wrong. They are a starting point for your own analysis — never a substitute for it.
You are solely responsible for every bid decision you make, for the accuracy and compliance of anything you submit to a government agency, and for verifying every deadline and requirement against the official source before you rely on it.
1. What GovSprint is
GovSprint aggregates publicly available government contracting data — principally the SAM.gov Contract Opportunities extract and USAspending award records — and applies scoring and AI-generated analysis to help you decide which opportunities to pursue. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the United States government or any agency of it.
2. Accuracy, and its limits
Source data comes from government systems we do not control. It can be incomplete, delayed, amended, or wrong, and we reproduce it as we receive it.
Deadlines deserve specific attention. Solicitations are routinely amended, and an amendment can change a response deadline, add a mandatory site visit, or introduce a new required form. Our feed may not reflect the most recent amendment at the moment you read it. Always confirm the response deadline and current requirements on SAM.gov before acting. We link to the official record on every opportunity for exactly this reason.
Pricing benchmarks are historical award data. They describe what the government has paid before. They are not a prediction, a valuation, or a recommendation of what you should bid.
3. No guarantee of any outcome
We do not guarantee that you will win any contract, be found responsive or responsible, satisfy any set-aside or certification requirement, or derive any particular result from using GovSprint. Federal contracting outcomes depend on factors entirely outside our control.
4. Your account
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and under any seats you invite. Notify us promptly at support@govsprint.app if you believe an account has been compromised.
Seat counts are enforced per plan. Sharing a single login among multiple people in place of buying seats is a breach of these terms.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract data from GovSprint, or use automated means to access it other than through an interface we provide for that purpose;
- resell, redistribute, or sublicense our analysis output;
- use GovSprint to build or train a competing product, including using our output as training data;
- circumvent rate limits, fair-use ceilings, seat limits, or access controls;
- use the service in violation of any law, including export controls and procurement integrity rules.
6. Fees, trials and fair use
Plans are billed monthly in advance. Free trials convert to a paid plan only if you choose to continue; we do not require a card to start one. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Each plan includes a stated monthly ceiling on full AI analyses. These are fair-use limits intended to bound extreme usage, not targets. If you exceed a ceiling we will contact you to discuss an appropriate plan rather than cutting off access without warning.
If you supply your own AI provider key under our bring-your-own-key option, you are responsible for all charges that provider bills to you, and we are not responsible for that provider’s availability, pricing, or rate limits.
7. Your data
You retain ownership of the information you put into GovSprint, including your company profile, pipeline entries, notes and outcomes. We use it to operate the service as described in our Privacy Policy. You may export your pipeline at any time and request deletion of your account and data.
8. Availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not promise it. The service depends on third-party systems — including government data sources — that may be unavailable or may change without notice. We may modify or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes that reduce what a paid plan provides.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mako Logics LLC will not be liable for lost profits, lost contracts, lost bids, lost business opportunity, cost of substitute services, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or relating to your use of GovSprint — including any decision to bid or not to bid, any missed deadline, and any reliance on our analysis or on data obtained through the service.
Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mako Logics LLC from claims arising out of your use of the service, your submissions to any government agency, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
12. Termination
You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these terms, non-payment, or use that threatens the integrity of the service, with notice where practical.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the product and by email to account owners before they take effect, and the effective date above will change. Continued use after that date is acceptance.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Exclusive venue for any dispute lies in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
