Account requiredWhy it scored this way
Every reason behind the verdict rather than the headline one — which of your certifications match, how much runway is left, whether the work is your size, and what we would need to know to sharpen it.
The requirements that decide a bid — bonding, clearances, experience minimums, page limits — live in the attachments, not in the notice above. Start a free trial to upload them and have them read.
Draft the paperwork
Written against this notice and what you have told us about your company. Anything we do not know is marked [NEEDS INPUT] in the draft rather than guessed at — read it before you send it. Federal notices routinely put the real requirement in an attachment; adding the documents above makes every one of these materially better.
Start a free trial to draft these. Nothing is sent to an agency on your behalf, ever — you get a document to review, edit and submit yourself.
What would disqualify you
Read straight from the solicitation documents: the bonding, clearances, insurance minimums, experience thresholds and deadlines that decide whether you can bid at all — before you write a word.
Compliance matrix
Every stated and implied requirement, its source section, whether it is mandatory, and where your response will address it.
Proposal outline
A submission skeleton where every required element is a heading with its source requirement quoted beneath it. You write the substance; nothing gets forgotten.
Questions to submit
Genuine ambiguities and requirements that disadvantage a smaller bidder, drafted as questions you can submit before the Q&A deadline.
Past performance write-ups
Which of your prior awards best match this requirement, and draft write-ups in the format the agency asked for.

Account requiredWho wins this work, and what it pays
Comparable awards under NAICS 562910 at this agency — the incumbent, what they were paid, when their period of performance ends, and the real pricing distribution rather than the headline number. From public federal award records.
1. The quoter must submit a dated quote with unit prices and extended prices in response to this solicitation. To ensure timely and equitable evaluation of quotes, quoters must comply with instructions contained herein. Quotes must be complete, self-sufficient, and respond directly to the requirements of this Request for Quotes (RFQ). Quoters must clearly identify any exception to the solicitation terms and conditions and provide complete accompanying rationale. The government intends to award as a single firm-fixed price contract. 2. Quoter agrees to hold the prices in its offer firm for 30 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers. RFQ or modification of quote received at the address specified for the receipt of offers after the exact time specified for receipt of offers will be considered late and handled in accordance with RFO 52.212-1(f). Multiple offers will not be accepted under this RFQ nor will multiple awards be considered. 3. The contracting officer has determined there is a high probability of adequate price competition in this acquisition. If at any time during this competition the contracting officer determines that adequate price competition no longer exists; quoter(s) may be required to submit information to the extent necessary for the contracting officer to determine the reasonableness of the price. 4. SITE VISIT: A site visit is scheduled for October 22nd, 2026, at 12:30 pm, Central Daylight Time (CDT). Offerors should be at the Maxwell Blvd Gate, Visitor's Center at Maxwell AFB, AL at 12:00 PM CDT to receive a visitor's pass. Please provide a list of all attendees and ensure they have their STAR driver's license, proof of vehicle insurance, and vehicle registration. All attendees' names will need to be submitted by October 21st, 2026, at 12:00 pm CDT. In addition to the attendee's name (as reflected on their driver's license), include title and a telephone number for each individual. Submit the requested information to A1C Jonathan Cheslo at jonathan.cheslo@us.af.mil. Offerors are encouraged to visit the site and take steps as may be reasonably necessary to ascertain the nature and location of work and the general and local conditions that can affect the work or cost thereof. Failure to do so will not relieve offerors from the responsibility for estimating properly the difficulty or cost of successfully performing the work. The Government will assume no responsibility for any understanding or representation concerning conditions made by any of its officers or agents prior to the execution of the contract, unless included in the RFQ, the specification or related documents.

Submit questions
Ambiguities and requirements worth clarifying, written as questions you can send before the deadline.
Opens in your own mail client, addressed and with a subject line — you write the message. GovSprint never sends anything on your behalf.
Emails open in your mail client and are sent from your address, so the reply comes back to you and the exchange stays yours. Confirm the correct channel and any question deadline on the notice before sending — many solicitations require questions in a specific way.
