USCGC Polar Star requiring the following. 1. Purpose and Scope Transportation and delivery of gallons of Mobil DTE 10 Excel 32 hydraulic oil to Pier 46F in Seattle WA. Delivery will be made via truck utilizing a 50-foot hose terminating with a male camlock fitting. 600 ft of boom will be provided and placed around the ship by the vendor for the duration of the transfer. 2. Deliverables and Performance Requirements 700 gallons of Mobile DTE 10 Excel 32 ** or equivalent** 3. Period of Performance Delivery can be made for time period of October, pending the ships return to Pier 46F. 4. Location and Method of Performance USCG Base Seattle, Pier 46F 1519 Alaskan Way S Seattle WA 98134 5. Roles and Responsibilities Vendor is responsible for booming around entire ship until transfer is complete. Vendor is responsible for providing long enough hose to reach fill port on the ship. Vendor is responsible for delivering the oil via truck . Customer will assist with moving and connecting the hose to the ship. 6. Acceptance Criteria Hydraulic oil must be same as listed in the material data sheet provided in the solicitation ** or equivalent**. 7. Security and Confidentiality Driver must be in possession of Real ID in order to access USCG Base Seattle. 8. Reporting Requirements Receipt with total amount and price breakdown will be provided. 9. Legal Compliance N/A. 10. Performance Monitoring A safety observer will be onsite and the level of the receiving tank will be continuously monitored. Determination will be made via LPTA (Lowest Price Technically Acceptable).
