The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit, Dzilth-Na-O-Dith-Hle Health Center, Dental Department, in Bloomfield, NM, intends to place multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) with Henry Schein, Hu-Friedy, Lakota Enterprises, and Red Heritage for miscellaneous dental supplies on an as-needed basis. The period of performance will be one base year plus four one-year option periods as follows: Base Year: 10/01/2026 to 09/30/2027 Option Year One: 10/01/2027 to 09/30/2028 Option Year Two: 10/01/2028 to 09/30/2029 Option Year Three: 10/01/2029 to 09/30/2030 Option Year Four: 10/01/2030 to 09/30/2031 The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 339114 – Dental Equipment and Supplies Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 750 employees. No further awards will be made unless the need for Dzilth-Na-O-Dith-Hle Health Center’s Dental Department changes. The prospective, multiple-award BPAs as identified in this notice are sufficient at this time. In accordance with Part 12.201-1(e)(3)(i)(A), establishment of multiple BPAs constitutes maximum practicable competition. Any other sources that believe they can fulfill the government requirements as described are encouraged to submit their capability statement, price lists, and catalogs to the point of contact listed below via email only and no later than Thursday, August 27, 2026. In the event additional BPAs are deemed to be in the best interest of the government, capable vendors may be contacted and be requested to establish a BPA with the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations, and a solicitation will not be issued.
