This is a presolicitation notice only. The solicitation is not yet ready for issuance. The U.S. Mission in Geneva, Switzerland will publish the full solicitation on SAM.gov once it becomes available. No quotations are being requested at this time. Description of Requirement: The U.S. Mission in Geneva, Switzerland has a requirement for an audiovisual (AV) hardware refresh in its primary conference room. The anticipated scope of work includes, but is not limited to: Large-format displays Cameras Associated cabling and infrastructure The requirement may also include the sourcing and/or integration of approved enterprise-grade codecs (e.g., Cisco), which may be either contractor-provided or furnished as Government Furnished Equipment (GFE). Full integration with existing systems may or may not be required, depending on final scope determination. Anticipated Contract Type: The Government anticipates issuing one or more firm-fixed-price purchase orders to the selected contractor. Registration Requirement: Prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov, pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Interested parties are strongly encouraged to initiate or verify their SAM registration now, in advance of the solicitation's release, to avoid delays in submitting quotations. Next Steps: Interested vendors should monitor SAM.gov for the forthcoming solicitation. No action is required at this time beyond ensuring active SAM registration.
