THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. Procurement: Bow Thruster Propeller purchase for the Dredge Vessel Essayons This announcement is a Sources Sought Synopsis (Market Survey). This is not a request for Proposal (RFP). This annoucsement is not a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract. The purpose of the Sources Sought is to determine interested parties, socioeconomic status availability, capabilities, and qualifications. The Government intends to use responses to this sources sought to make apporpriate acquisition decisions for future acquisitions. The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Portland District is seeking sources registered under NAICS Code 336611 - Ship Building and Repairing. 1. Descriptions of Requirement: This is a firm-fixed-price, commercial supply purchase order to obtain one (1) Bow Thruster propeller for the USACE Portland District Dredge Vessel, Essayons. See attached Purchase Description (PD) for complete requirement. 2. Submission Requirements for Responses to this Sources Sought Synopsis: Point of Contact name, email address, and phone number. Cage Code, SAM Unique Entity ID (UEI) Small Business Status; In the event that you are a small business under NAICS 336611 or that of a similar size standard, state the category of small business, such as 8(a), HUBZone, Veterna Owned Small Business, Woman Owned Small Business, or SDVOSB. Statement of Capability; statement of skills, knowledge, experience and capability of your firm to perform the requirements described in the PD. NOTE: A statement of capability must be detailed enough to validate the firm's capability to provide the required supply/ies for the Government to confidently determine the firm's ability to provide the required supply/ies.
