Department of Defense · Department of the Air Force · FA4621 22 CONS PK
Account requiredWhy it scored this way

Every reason behind the verdict rather than the headline one — which of your certifications match, how much runway is left, whether the work is your size, and what we would need to know to sharpen it.

Draft the paperwork

Written against this notice and what you have told us about your company. Anything we do not know is marked [NEEDS INPUT] in the draft rather than guessed at — read it before you send it.

Start a free trial to draft these. Nothing is sent to an agency on your behalf, ever — you get a document to review, edit and submit yourself.

Compliance matrix

Every stated and implied requirement, its source section, whether it is mandatory, and where your response will address it.

Proposal outline

A submission skeleton where every required element is a heading with its source requirement quoted beneath it. You write the substance; nothing gets forgotten.

Questions to submit

Genuine ambiguities and requirements that disadvantage a smaller bidder, drafted as questions you can submit before the Q&A deadline.

Past performance write-ups

Which of your prior awards best match this requirement, and draft write-ups in the format the agency asked for.

Statement of work, as posted

The 22d Contracting Squadron (22 CONS) at McConnell AFB, Kansas, intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for the procurement, delivery, installation, and integration of a modernized Audio/Visual (AV) system for the Bleckley Lounge, located within the Dole Community Center. The Bleckley Lounge is a multi-purpose venue utilized for official training, retirements, promotion ceremonies, events, and meetings. The objective of this requirement is to execute a targeted AV system refresh that improves video display capabilities, AV source routing, and centralized control while seamlessly integrating with existing Government-retained equipment (e.g., amplification, loudspeakers, wireless microphones). Additionally, this solicitation includes one (1) Optional line item (Option 1) to provide the necessary equipment, programming, and labor to integrate the refreshed Bleckley Lounge AV system with the adjacent Tavern AV system, enabling bidirectional audio/video routing and unified control between the two spaces. Site Visit: A site visit is scheduled for 14 August 2026 at 10:00 AM (1000L). Please review the attached solicitation for RSVP instructions and deadlines. Evaluation Criteria: Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. To be considered technically acceptable, the offeror’s quoted system must clearly demonstrate the capability to meet or exceed all minimum performance objectives detailed in the attached Statement of Objectives (SOO). The Government will evaluate the total price (Base + Option 1) for fairness and reasonableness.
