Dix TO AWARD A CONTRACT ON THE BASIS OF THIS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) OR OTHERWISE PAY FOR THE INFORMATION SOUGHT. 1. CONTRACT INFORMATION: ACC- RI-Dix seeks preliminary marketing information, from capable and reliable sources, to gain knowledge of potential qualified small business sources capable of performing all requirements in the PWS of but is not to curbing, soil, lawns, shrubs, fences, gates and handrails damaged by his operations at Romney WV. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) classified for this effort is NAICS 561790: W15QKN-26-Q-A179 The solicitation will consist of a FIRM-FIXED-PRICE, REQUIREMENTS Type contract for a period of performance that will be one 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods. 2. PROJECT SCOPE: Snow and Ice Removal Services in accordance with Performance Work Statement (PWS) and in all locations provided on the site map. BROAD DESCRIPTION of WORK: The Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and transportation to accomplish the following work which consists of but is not limited to any damage caused by salt or chemical ice melting operations or build-up of sand on any lawn or planting area. The Contractor should review the areas with the COR prior to the first storm to validate current conditions. in accordance with the attached PWS All interested firms shall submit a Capability Statement and email to Contract Specialist Sameera Sharif at sameera.e.sharif.civ@army.mil . Submission shall be received by 10:00 AM, Eastern Time, 24 August 2026 and shall not exceed four (4) one-sided, 8-1/2 x 11 pages. On Submission includes CAGE CODE, UEI, Size Standard for stated NAICS Code. This request for information is only for market research purposes. This RFI does not constitute a request for proposal, nor does it restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of response to this notice. All data received in response to this RFI marked or designated as corporate or proprietary will be fully protected from release outside the U.S. Government. No hard-copy or facsimile submissions will be accepted. Cover letters and extraneous materials (brochures, etc) will be considered. Interested offerors shall address this requirement through this RFI in written format via email to sameera.e.sharif.civ@army.mil .
