SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS: Note that this is NOT a request for quotes or proposals; the 61st Contracting Flight, Los Angeles Air Force Base, CA, is seeking information for market research purposes only for the following services listed below: The purpose of this effort is to procure Roman Catholic Priest services in accordance with the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). The acquisition strategy will be determined based on responses received from this notice and/or other market research methods. The government is seeking experienced companies for the following scope of work: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform all Worship service and Administrative tasks and functions for Los Angeles AFB (LAAFB) as defined in the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). LAAFB includes Fort MacArthur, Pacific Heights and Pacific Crest located in the city of San Pedro. All services shall be conducted in accordance with the Archdiocese for the Military Services (AMS), USA - Requirements for the Pastoral Care of Catholic Personnel Guide, AMS – Priest Manual, and AFI 52-101 Planning and Organizing. At a minimum the Contractor shall be available Saturdays, Sundays, and one weekday (currently Tuesday) for sacramental preparation, workplace and/or personal counseling, and to complete requisite administrative paperwork. The Contractor shall provide the following: CLIN 0001 Catholic Priest Services for one year The North American Industry Classification System code for this procurement is 813110. The Product Service Code is G002. Responses shall include Capabilities Statement with the following information: Company’s experience performing the work outlined in the salient characteristic document as attached (indicate whether as a prime or subcontractor). Provide a brief description of the project, customer name, and dollar value of the project. Provide Company’s Business Size-LB, SB, 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, or WOSB. List the Company’s CAGE Code and NAICS codes. List any applicable Government-Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs) or GSA Schedules your company currently holds for these services. If there are any errors, such as the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) and Product Service Code (PSC), please let us know the more appropriate NAICS and/or PSC. Any questions you may have about this acquisition. If there are any errors, such as the North American Industry Classification System and Product Service Code, please let us know. Documentation on technical expertise and capability must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary functional area expertise and experience to compete for this project. Refer to the draft PWS document. It is imperative that business concerns responding to this communication articulate their capabilities clearly and adequately.
