Account requiredWhy it scored this way
Every reason behind the verdict rather than the headline one — which of your certifications match, how much runway is left, whether the work is your size, and what we would need to know to sharpen it.
Written against this notice and what you have told us about your company. Anything we do not know is marked [NEEDS INPUT] in the draft rather than guessed at — read it before you send it.

Description of Amendment 1 RFI Answer Question - Can you please provide designs for these chambers? Answer - The government is interested in the respiration chamber for in situ measurements described by the authors in this manuscript and illustrated in figure 2.A. It is important that this device is moveable between pens, but heavy enough to withstand impact from pens of full-size beef cattle (hence we expect it will need to be on a skid and moved by a skid steer). The device should ideally be able to entice animals to use it and monitor individual eructation (belches)/breathes via an intake manifold for carbon dioxide, Hydrogen, Oxygen, and methane. The device should use a radio frequency identification tag to monitor the individual animals and sync the gaseous data to a cloud-based platform via WiFi or cellular modem. We would expect the manufacturer to provide site level installation and continuous training and customer support for the life of the product. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
