ACC/A2 IC Commercial Solutions Opening

Department of Defense · Department of the Air Force · FA7037 AMIC DET 2 JBSA
Account requiredWhy it scored this way

Every reason behind the verdict rather than the headline one — which of your certifications match, how much runway is left, whether the work is your size, and what we would need to know to sharpen it.

Draft the paperwork

Written against this notice and what you have told us about your company. Anything we do not know is marked [NEEDS INPUT] in the draft rather than guessed at — read it before you send it.

Start a free trial to draft these. Nothing is sent to an agency on your behalf, ever — you get a document to review, edit and submit yourself.

Sources Sought response

A complete draft response — capability statement, relevant past performance, business size and socioeconomic status, and answers to the agency's specific questions.

Questions to submit

Genuine ambiguities and requirements that disadvantage a smaller bidder, drafted as questions you can submit before the Q&A deadline.

Past performance write-ups

Which of your prior awards best match this requirement, and draft write-ups in the format the agency asked for.

Market intelligence

Account requiredWho wins this work, and what it pays

Comparable awards under NAICS at this agency — the incumbent, what they were paid, when their period of performance ends, and the real pricing distribution rather than the headline number. From public federal award records.

Statement of work, as posted

ACC/A2, in sync with the mission of the AF IC is offering a Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) authorized by 10 USC 3458 and R-DFARS 212.70. Under a CSO, the Government may competitively award contracts to proposals received in response to a general solicitation, similar to a Broad Agency Announcement (BAA), to acquire commercial items, technologies, and services, based upon a review of proposals by scientific, technological, or other subject-matter experts within the USAF. Under this CSO, all items, technologies, and services shall be treated as commercial items. The purpose of this IC CSO is to solicit innovative solutions that directly address efforts that align with the IC mission. If there are DoD elements supporting the IC efforts, submissions must explicitly address and justify how the DoD elements directly support IC mission objectives. We seek partners who can deliver secure, scalable, and cutting-edge capabilities in key areas such as AI-driven predictive analysis, Joint All-Domain Command and Control (JADC2) integration, advanced sensing, and resilient cyber operations. Your challenge is to bring us your best commercial innovation, ready to be integrated, secured, and deployed at the speed of relevance to deter, and if necessary, defeat our nation's adversaries. Call 0001 (Topic 007 - AF IC & 16 AF Cybersecurity Program Transformation) is now closed for submissions. Call 0002 (Topics 005 & 006 - AFSCI Infrastructure Modernization) is now closed for submissions. Call 0003 Comms Room Modernization (under Topic 002 - All-Domain Command & Control ) is OPEN for submissions until August 5th, 2026 @ 4:00pm CST.
