Every reason behind the verdict rather than the headline one — which of your certifications match, how much runway is left, whether the work is your size, and what we would need to know to sharpen it.

Draft the paperwork

Written against this notice and what you have told us about your company. Anything we do not know is marked [NEEDS INPUT] in the draft rather than guessed at — read it before you send it.

Statement of work, as posted

ACC-ANAD is seeking solutions for inspecting and repairing single-phase and three-phase pad-mount transformers and voltage regulators. We need a solution that includes: o A modern, effective way to inspect the equipment and diagnose its condition. o A clear recommendation on whether to repair or retire each unit based on your findings. o A detailed cost estimate for all recommended repairs. The resulting contract will include one base year plus four option years. Interested parties should review the attachments and the full CSO (W911KF25SC002) posting on SAM.gov for submission and evaluation procedures. ACC-ANAD is not obligated to extend a request for proposal or make an award as a result of this CSO AoI; all awards are subject to the availability of funds and successful negotiations. This CSO AoI is not an authorization to begin performance, and in no way obligates the Government for any costs incurred by the Offeror associated with developing a Response. Prior to commencement of any activities associated with performance under this CSO AoI, the Government will issue a written directive or contractual document signed by the Contracting Officer with appropriate consideration established. ACC-ANAD reserves the right to modify the requirements of this CSO AoI.
