Written against this notice and what you have told us about your company. Anything we do not know is marked [NEEDS INPUT] in the draft rather than guessed at — read it before you send it.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY The United States Marine Corps (USMC) requires resilient, reliable, and secure PNT capabilities that enables effective maneuver warfare and expeditionary operations in Global Positioning System (GPS) denied and Electromagnetic Warfare contested environments. This Industry Day will focus on Wearable and Man-Packable Controlled Reception Pattern Antennas (CRPA) that can be utilized for Handheld or Dismounted applications. The Government is actively seeking innovative industry solutions to scale technology down to the dismounted operator, while ensuring continuous PNT capability without degrading operator mobility or increasing physical burden. Examples of capabilities of interest to PdM PMT for this industry day event include, but are not limited to: Extreme SWaP-C Optimization: Aggressive reduction in Size, Weight, Power, and Cost. Solutions must operate efficiently on standard dismounted power solutions (e.g., Conformal Wearable Batteries). Form Factor & Ergonomics: Low-profile, conformal, or flexible antenna arrays designed for seamless integration into existing tactical gear (e.g., body armor, plate carriers, backpacks, boot or helmet mounts) without introducing snag hazards or restricting physical movement. Advanced Anti-Jam Performance: Multi-element arrays capable of dynamic null steering and beamforming to counter broadband, narrowband, and continuous wave jamming threats. System Interoperability: Plug-and-play compatibility with current and future End User Devices, tactical radios, and standard military GPS receivers (including M-Code). Future quarterly Industry Day events may include additional targeted capabilities, which will be defined in future announcements. INDUSTRY DAY AGENDA Those registrants assigned an Industry Day timeslot should be focused on technical capabilities and how their capabilities might meet current and future USMC PNT needs outlined above.
