USCP responses to vendor's questions will be provided as an attachment to this RFQ and the solicitation will be amended, if necessary. USCP52.039 Availability of Funds - The USCP ’s obligation under this order is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contracting purposes can be made.
