This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The purpose of this contract is to maintain roads to ensure safe and productive road conditions and keep recreation infrastructure open. Specifically, to repair a pothole found at the entrance to the Wahclella Waterfall Trailhead. The work shall be performed in Multnomah County in the Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area in Oregon. This is a non-personal services contract to provide road maintenance to the Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area (CRGNSA). The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn, is responsible to the Government. The Contractor may visit the project location with the COR before bid. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide road maintenance services to the CRGNSA road system. The Contractor shall provide services in accordance with (IAW) this Performance Work Statement (PWS), and all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Solicitation number 1240BD26Q0085 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 115310 Support Activities for Forestry The small business size standard is $11.5 Million. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. The Service code is Z1LB Maintenance of Highways, Roads, Streets, Bridges, and Railways Includes: Resurfacing The contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract.
