The National Park Service, Contracting Operations East, hereby issues a combined synopsis/solicitation for the Natchez Trace Parkway. It is the intent of this service contract is to provide all material, labor, mobilization and supervision to pave, mill and overlay necessary to maintain a suitable pacing surface at the West Jackson Street Parking Area on the Natchez Trace Parkway. Please see the Statement of Work for more details. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238990. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This acquisition shall result in award of a firm fixed price contract. **A highly suggested site visit is scheduled for August 28th, 2026 at 9:00 CT at West Jackson Street Parking lot, Tupelo MS. The selection will be made by evaluating proposals based on cost, technical approach, and relevant experience. Bidders must be able to provide a registered UEI# and references of applicable experience in order to receive the award.
