SOLICITATION UPDATES WILL BE FINALIZED NLT 21 AUGUST 2026.** The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, labor, certified personnel, and transportation required to deliver comprehensive, on-site Land Mobile Radio (LMR) Antenna Services for tower-mounted systems at Nellis AFB, NV, and Creech AFB, NV. The scope of maintenance includes conducting structural visual inspections and high-resolution sweep testing of all designated connectors, coaxial cabling, and tower-mounted antenna assemblies. Additionally, the Contractor shall generate, verify, and deliver comprehensive, formatted technical documentation detailing all diagnostic test results, performance baselines, and identified system anomalies to the Government. Period of Performance: Base Year plus 4 year options. Attached is a short and brief statement of objectives/work. Kindly fill out the solicitation form with your price schedule for each year. Please refer to Attachment 3 for Instructions to Offerors and Attachment 4 for the Evaluation Factors for Award. The deadline for submitting questions is Wednesday, 29 Jul 2026 at 11:30 AM PDT. Questions submitted after the aforementioned cutoff date and time will not be reviewed or answered. The answers will be provided by Friday, 31 Jul 2026 at 2:30 PM PDT. All responses to questions will be posted to SAM.gov for viewing. Proposals are due no later than Thursday, 06 Aug 2026 at 1:00 PM PDT. Only offers submitted electronically, via email, will be considered for this requirement.
