Written against this notice and what you have told us about your company. Anything we do not know is marked [NEEDS INPUT] in the draft rather than guessed at — read it before you send it.

Statement of work, as posted

This announcement establishes an Area of Interest (AoI) under the ACC-ANAD Organic Industrial Base Modernization Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) W911KF-25-S-C0002- A010. This requirement seeks to establish an agile contract vehicle focused on comprehensive weapon systems sustainment, technical engineering, and integrated logistics. July 28, 2026 Industry Question and Answer: Question 1: What is the due date for Phase 1 responses? I did not see a suspense date on the attached AoI document. Response: All submissions for this AoI must be received no later than 5:00 PM (CDT) on 10 August 2026, which is the official AoI closing date. Offerors shall submit their written solution brief in accordance with the procedures outlined in CSO W911KF-25-S-C0002. At this time, the Government does not anticipate extending the AoI 0010 closing date. If the Government elects to extend the AoI open period, an official notice/amendment will be issued and posted in accordance with CSO W911KF-25-S-C0002, and offerors will be responsible for monitoring the posting venue for any updates. Question 2: As this requirement is more expansive, covering three distinct Core Capability areas, will you accept responses/solutions that focus on one or two of the three core capabilities? Response: Yes. Offerors may submit responses that focus on one, two, or all three of the Core Capability areas identified in the AoI: Core Capability A: Technical, Engineering, & Depot Sustainment Services Core Capability B: Advanced Manufacturing, Reverse Engineering, & Digital Twin Integration Core Capability C: Multi-Class Parts Sourcing & DMSMS Sourcing AoI responses will be evaluated in accordance with Section 3 – Requirements and Technical Evaluation Factors of the AoI, which reflect the sustainment-first hierarchy and include the following four technical evaluation factors: Factor 1 – Integrated Sustainment and Lifecycle Support Strategy Factor 2 – DMSMS Mitigation and Parts-Sourcing Agility Factor 3 – Reverse Engineering and Advanced Manufacturing Maturity Factor 4 – Specialized Mobile Heavy Equipment and Locomotive Capabilities Offerors should clearly identify which Core Capability(ies) their submission addresses and provide sufficient technical detail to demonstrate how their solution meets the applicable evaluation factors.
