The TSA Training Academy, located within FLETC Glynco, requires comprehensive facility upgrades across its modular buildings. The need for this procurement arose from aging infrastructure, accessibility requirements, and the need to improve energy efficiency and security. The project includes HVAC replacement, ceiling and canopy fan installation, steel door replacement, ADA ramp installation/modification, concrete work, and drainage improvements. Functions to be performed: • Replace 105 wall-mounted package HVAC units (various sizes with coated coils, heat pumps, and heat strips) • Install 134 ceiling fans and one 12-foot outdoor canopy fan • Replace exterior doors with steel double doors (with view ports) and FLETC OSPR-specified locks • Install ADA ramps at four buildings and modify one ramp for improved accessibility • Repair soft floor spots in two modular buildings • Install ~6,000 sq. ft. of 4-inch concrete for the bleacher area under the canopy • Clean trench drains adjacent to the canopy SEE ATTACHED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION AND ASSOCIATED ATTACHMENTS (1-7)
