The Government intends to award this contract to Stratasys, Inc. located at 5995 Opus Parkway Minnetonka, MN 55343-9682. The Government anticipates that the contract will be awarded on or before August 31, 2026. The NAICS code for this action is 811210 (Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance) and the PSC is J059 (Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment- Electrical and Electronic Equipment). See the attached redacted Restricting Competition document, which is hereby incorporated into this special notice, for full details and explanation as to why competition is lacking. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES. There is no solicitation document. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which would be considered by the agency. Any response should demonstrate how the source can provide the requirements identified above without incurring unacceptable delays or duplicative costs to the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
