R11 Paint Job and Fire Truck Repair The Oklahoma Air National Guard 137th SOW is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation (W50S8T-26-Q-A029) as a notice of intent to award a firm-fixed-price sole-source Purchase Order to Industrial Truck Equipment for a complete R-11 aircraft refueler paint job and P-19 Stryker fire truck body and plumbing repairs. In accordance with FAR 26.202-1, this acquisition is set aside strictly for local firms residing or primarily doing business within the Oklahoma City (OKC) area. While this notice is not a request for competitive quotes, any responsible local source who believes it is capable of meeting this requirement may submit a capability statement or quotation via email to jiyah.mcgrath@us.af.mil and ryan.moehle@us.af.mil no later than August 20, 2026, at 10:00 AM CST.
