Awardees may have multiple projects in the construction phase at the same time and would be required to obtain full bonding for each project during the agreed upon construction period. Construction will not be delayed due to the inability to acquire and maintain bonding on multiple projects simultaneously. Contractor will be responsible for coordination of all work in a manner that will not interfere with mail operations and coordinate all work related to this phased project with the Facility Manager or designee. Note: Successful offeror will be required to submit a Sub-Contracting Plan and Project Specific Safety Plan acceptable to the USPS Contracting Officer before a Notice to Proceed (NTP) is issued.
