The 22d Contracting Squadron (22 CONS) at McConnell AFB, Kansas, intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for the procurement, delivery, and installation of one (1) turnkey On-Site Nitrogen Generation System in support of the 22d Maintenance Squadron (22 MXS) Wheel and Tire Shop. The system is mission-essential to provide high-purity nitrogen required for the inflation and maintenance of KC-46 aircraft tire and wheel assemblies. Minimum Salient Characteristics:To be considered technically acceptable, the quoted system must meet or exceed the following minimum specifications (further detailed in the attached Statement of Need): Evaluation Criteria: Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. Amendment 0001 - Corrected response date to 11 August 2026. Amendment 0002 - Extended response date to 14 August 2026. Added Attachment 2 Questions and Answers Nitrogen Gen Sys, and Attachment 3 Nitrogen Generator Site Photos. Amendment 0003 - Corrected response date to 21 August 2026. PLEASE REVIEW UPDATED SoN "Nit Gen SoN 3.1" and submit updated quote accordingly.
