The U.S. Government is not obligated to notify respondents of the results of this survey. If a formal solicitation is generated at a later date, a solicitation notice will be published. No award will be made as a result of this market survey. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) is seeking sources to provide direct support in performance of a wide range of operations tasks at a Government-Owned Government-Operated (GOGO) energetics manufacturing facility. Energetic materials include propellants, explosives, pyrotechnics, and other materials which can generate explosive hazards. All interested sources shall provide a company brochure or list of capabilities, product literature, organization name, address, point of contact, phone number, fax number, e-mail address, business size, taxpayer identification number, UEI number, and CAGE Code. Offerors who have successfully produced these items previously are encouraged to submit corresponding capability statements. Submission Deadline: All responding sources must provide their correspondence via email no later than 2:30 p.m. EST on 24 August 2026 to: Claudia Segura at claudia.p.segura2.civ @us.navy.mil. Large files need to be compressed using ZIP and renamed with a .zip file extension.
