SPECIAL NOTICE/SOLE SOURCE The Billings Area Indian Health Service (IHS) intends to award a non-competitive purchase order to Automated Logic, 10419 E. Trent Avenue, Spokane, Washington 99206-4515, for Annual Preventative Maintenance Services on the Automated Logic Control Systems at the Crow Service Unit, Crow Agency, Lodge Grass and Pryor, Montana; Fort Peck Service Unit, Poplar and Wolf Point, Montana; Fort Belknap Service Unit, Harlem and Hays, Montana; Wind River Service Unit, Arapahoe, Wyoming; and Blackfeet Service Unit, Browning, Montana. The Automated Logic WebCTRL building control system is a proprietary direct digital control system that controls the HVAC mechanical systems within the healthcare facilities. Automated Logic is the local authorized distributor and Manufacturer authorized company to service the system. The procurement will be conducted pursuant to the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12.102, Restricting Competition (a) only one source is available; and FAR 37.001, Service Contract. The IHS anticipates the award of a fixed-price purchase order for the period of September 1, 2026 through August 31, 2027. This is not a request for competitive proposal and no solicitation is available. Firms that believe they can provide the service are encouraged to identify themselves and give written notification during the publication dates of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any Information received will be used for market research purposes for future considerations.
