This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul Part 12.2 procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA452826Q0009 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a brand name replacement transfer case for a 2020 Oshkosh HB2723CZ-GOP Snow Removal Truck in accordance with the attached salient characteristics. This acquisition is set aside 100% for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this requirement is 336350 “Motor Vehicle Transmission and Power Train Parts Manufacturing”. The Small Business Size Standard associated with NAICS 336350 is 1,500 employees. The Government intends to award a single, firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order to the responsible Quoter whose quote represents the best value to the Government. Best value will be determined by considering price, past performance, quality of proposed products, and conformance of the quote to the solicitation and all attachments. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. Line Items: Brand-name transfer case for a 2020 Oshkosh HB2723CZ-GOP Snow Removal Truck in accordance with the specifications in Attachment 1. Delivery: Requested equipment is to be delivered F.O.B. Destination to the 5th Logistics Readiness Squadron, 309 Summit Drive, Minot AFB, ND 58705. Delivery is requested as soon as possible but no later than 30 September 2026 Quoters are instructed to review the solicitation document and all attachments in their entirety. All questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted to the Government Points of Contact (POCs) listed on the solicitation.
