BPA Call Order Exceeding $20,000 Synopsis Requisition 1174835. The USDA FS intends on awarding a competitive BPA Call Order against the Northwest Facilities Maintenance and Construction (FMAC) BPA Deschutes NF, Miller St. HVAC Updates, Bend, OR. The Northwest Facilities Maintenance and Construction BPA (FMAC) 1204M320Q0041, is a Northwest Regional BPA that consists of a large variety of work involving facilities maintenance and construction. The Miller St. HVAC Updates project consists of furnishing and installing a complete replacement HVAC cooling and heating system for the Miller Ave Fire Building. Work includes removal of the existing air-conditioning system, failing and leaking cooling coil, existing furnace, all associated refrigerant piping, electrical components, supports, and duct transitions. The Contractor shall provide and install a complete new 4-ton AC system with a new compatible 100,000 BTU gas furnace, including all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to deliver a fully operational system. This is a competitive request under a previously issued BPA. We are not looking to add new contractors to the BPA at this time. This is not a solicitation. This synopsis notification of intent to award a BPA Call order does not constitute a request for proposals or submission of any information in response to this notification. This procurement is restricted to those approved companies eligible for call orders under the Northwest Facilities Maintenance and Construction (FMAC) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for USFS. There are currently 21 businesses that will receive this solicitation. The Call Order shall be issued via email to those companies listed on the BPA. Any changes to the Call Order RFQ shall also be emailed to those companies listed on the BPA.
