Amendment #2: Attached Q&A's and dementions. Amendment #1: Attached Drawings. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. ASRC Federal Gulf State Constructors, LLC, on behalf of the Government, for the 71st Security Forces Squadron (71 SFS) at Vance Air Force Base, Enid, OK, requires the purchase and installation of a weapons racks, associated components, and one mobile storage bench in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SoW). Work will be performed at the Security Forces Armory, Building 527. Notice to Offerors AFGSC and/or the Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date of receipt of proposals. In the event AFGSC or the Government cancels this solicitation, neither AFGS nor the Government has any obligation to reimburse any offeror for any costs. Supplies/Services Required Vendors shall quote on the following items exactly as listed (or equal), aligning with the SOW and requirements listed in the manufacturer's quote: • 7 - UWR4 M4 Rifle & M18 Pistol Storage Racks • 2 - UWR1 Rifle Storage Components • 1 - UWR2 Night Vision Storage • 1 - UWR3 Ammunition Storage • 1 - UWR5 Magazine Ammunition Storage • 2 - UWR6 NVG/Individual Equipment Storage • 1 - Mobile Storage Bench with Cabinet Period of Performance / Delivery Lead time for materials is 18-20 weeks after receipt of order. Installation must occur Monday-Friday, 0800-1700. Contractor Requirements The contractor shall: • Provide all labor, materials, and equipment for installation. • Mount racks, cabinets, and shelving. • Perform testing and inspection to ensure proper rack securement and locking function. • Clean work area and remove all debris. • Provide MSDS documentation for any hazardous materials used. • Be liable for any damage caused during installation. • Provide submittals prior to ordering. Evaluation Criteria Award will be made to the lowest priced technically acceptable (LPTA) offeror. Technical acceptability requires: • Compliance with all SOW requirements • Ability to provide and install the listed rack components • Delivery within required timelines • Previous experience with similar installations preferred (not mandatory) Bid Requirements Quotes need to be emailed to Betty Kliewer; betty.kliewer.ctr@us.af.mil NLT August 21, 2026 at 11:00 AM CST.
