This solicitation package calls for Requests for Quote (RFQ) electronically and paper copies are not available. The entire Request for Quote (RFQ) will be made available only on the website SAM.gov. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for additional or updated documents and subsequent amendments. The following viewers are needed to open the solicitation and all attachments: Microsoft Word (.doc), Microsoft Excel (.xlsx), Adobe Acrobat Reader (.pdf) and WinZip (.zip or .exe). This acquisition is being solicited pursuant to FAR Subpart 6.203; this acquisition will be conducted as a Total Small Business set aside. Magnitude of acquisition is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Work to be performed within NAICS 236220 “Commercial and Institutional Building Construction” and the size standard is $45 million. Work to be included in this project consists of: DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials and equipment necessary to fully meet all requirements of the Statement of Work, Construction Specifications, Construction Drawings and all other Contract Documents related to and/or titled Sustain Façade and Tuck-pointing, B752 at the Minneapolis Air Reserve Station, Minneapolis Minnesota.
