The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), seeks a qualified jurisdictional public health department to provide professional public health informatics and epidemiological support services to implement, expand, and evaluate electronic case reporting (eCR) for occupational respiratory diseases, including silicosis, asbestosis, work-related asthma, and, where feasible, malignant mesothelioma. The contractor shall establish and/or enhance eCR connectivity, develop and refine Reportable Conditions Knowledge Management System (RCKMS) logic sets, validate eCR trigger performance, analyze surveillance data, develop standardized occupation and industry data workflows, and prepare technical reports and dissemination materials. The anticipated period of performance is one (1) 12-month period of performance of 09/01/2026 thru 08/31/2027. This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with the terms and conditions of the solicitation. See the attached solicitation and Statement of Work for complete requirements. Proposal Due Date and Point of Contact Proposals are due no later than 12:00 PM (Noon) EST on August 25, 2026 via email; Questions are due 12:00 PM (Noon) EST on August 17, 2026. The Government may not consider proposals received after the established closing date and time.
