BPA Call Order Exceeding $20,000 Synopsis Requisition 1174067. The USDA Forest Service (USFS) intends to issue a competitive Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Call Order for Reforestation and Non-Native Invasive Species (NNIS) services on the Francis-Marion and Sumter National Forests in South Carolina. This Call Order will be awarded under multiple award schedule BPAs previously established for these services. The scope of work includes site preparation using manual, mechanical, chemical, or combined methods, planting of various tree, shrub, herbaceous, and grass species, stand improvement activities, treatments for non-native invasive species, watershed improvement activities, and the creation of wildlife openings. This notification is not a solicitation and does not constitute a request for proposals or submission of information in response. Procurement is restricted to companies approved for call orders under the Reforestation/NNIS Service Blanket Purchase Agreement for USFS. Approximately twenty businesses will receive this solicitation, which will be issued via email to those listed on the BPA. Any changes to the Call Order RFQ will also be communicated by email to those companies. The point of contact for this requirement is winston.buchanan@usda.gov. The requirement will be competitively awarded as a BPA Call Order against the previously solicited BPAs posted on SAM.gov. The government will not provide feedback or evaluations to companies regarding their submissions in response to this notice.
