This event is designed to provide valuable insight into anticipated construction opportunities at SRS and FLETC—areas that requires heightened security protocols and specialized access procedures. Participants will gain an understanding of project scopes, technical requirements, acquisition strategies, and unique operational considerations associated with working on-site. Event Highlights: Overview of upcoming procurement opportunities Technical presentations outlining project scope and anticipated challenges Q&A session with USACE representatives (Lessons Learned, USACE feedback) Discussion of contractor engagement and expectations (PLA’s, security requirements, construction free zones, etc.) Discussion of anticipated procurement methods (Design Build to Budget (DB2B), Progressive Design Build, and other collaborative acquisition strategies) Who Should Attend: Construction contractors, engineers, and other industry professionals who are well-established and have a keen understanding of working with the federal government.
