This is a notice of intent to award a sole source procurement under RFO 12.102(a), ‘restricting competition’. This requirement is for the replacement of the existing Durabowl Bumper & Gutter System for a 16-lane bowling alley located at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota. NAICS Code is: 339920 Sporting and Athletic Goods Manufacturing Pursuant to RFO 12.102(a), ‘restricting competition’, the 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, SD, intends to award a sole source contract to QubicaAMF, 8100 AMF Drive, Mechanicsville, VA, 23111. This special notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. Primary Government Point of Contact: Mrs. Deanine Rogers. All questions must be emailed to deanine.rogers.3@us.af.mil no later than 12:00 p.m. (MDT) on 10 August 2026. Late submissions will not be considered. Disclaimer: The Government is not obligated to award a contract as a result of this special notice.
