Solicitation No. 75H70726Q00094 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a CT Injection System to support CT imaging services for primary, urgent, and emergency patient care at the Zuni Comprehensive Community Health Center (ZCCHC) located in Zuni, NM. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. (iv) Equipment and installation to be provided for the following Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service (IHS) facility: Zuni Comprehensive Community Health Center Route 301 North 21 B. Avenue Zuni, NM 87327 (v) See attached CSS for a list of solicitation provisions that apply to the acquisition. (vi) See attached CSS for a list of contract clauses that apply to the acquisition. (vii) Quotes will be accepted via email to Marissa.Gishie@ihs.gov until 12:30 pm MDT on Wednesday, September 2nd, 2026. Please submit questions no later than 12:30 pm MDT on Wednesday, August 26th, 2026. (viii) Any award resulting from this solicitation will be made on an unrestricted basis.
