These quotes shall conform to the requirements of 52.212-1 listed in the solicitation. The Government will not accept partial quotes/offers. Award will be made without discussions. Award will be made based on price and other factors shown below. All pricing must be provided, this requirement will not be split. Wage Determination 2015-4187 (Westchester) and Wage Determination 2015-4143 (Albany) applies and is attached. (8) Attachments : 2 Wage Determinations, PWS, Protest Contact Info, Special IDIQ Contract Requirements, Pricing Sheet, Evaluation Factors, and Solicitation. Please include Pricing Sheet with your response. Please sign and return a copy of the RFQ and any/all Amendment(s). In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) registration must be active and includes representations and certifications. The solicitation and all amendments are on www.SAM.gov Contracting Oppurtunities. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments that may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of offers may render your offer nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same.
