The United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) is conducting market research to identify capable sources to provide a modernized Human Performance and Student Management System (HP-SMS) to support the United States Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School (USAJFKSWCS) at Fort Bragg, NC. The primary objective of this requirement is to identify software and service capabilities to track, assess, and manage over 5,000 active students and cadre across 110+ training courses. The Government is open to all commercial, custom, and hybrid solutions. However, responding vendors must clearly state in their submission whether their proposed solution utilizes a proprietary software license model or an open-schema architecture to support future Government data portability. Key Technical Capabilities Required: Software Sustainment & Maintenance: Continuous operation and software support for the core human performance tracking platform. Data Architecture & Portability: Implementation of a data model capable of exporting records and aligning with DoW Data Decrees to ensure ease of future data migration. System Integration: Development and maintenance of secure API interfaces with external enterprise platforms (to include Army Vantage, Maven, and IPPS-A). On-Site Technical Support: On-site Field Support Representative (FSR) capability physically embedded within the operational training footprint (1SWTG S3) to perform direct, database maintenance and resolve system latency. Training Services: Delivery of standardized user, administrator, and operational training packages.
