The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), St. Paul District has a requirement for sandbar willow (Salix interior) cutting collection and planting in Mississippi River Pools 3 and 5A. In total, at each site there will be three 1,000 linear feet long rows totaling 3,000 linear feet. Each row will have 250 willow stakes planted totaling 750 stakes at each site. Work will be implemented on U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) owned lands, but these lands are also incorporated into the Upper Mississippi River National Wildlife and Fish Refuge (Refuge). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 561730; Landscaping Services with a size standard of $9.5 Million.The resulting contract shall be a Firm, Fixed-Price contract.The solicitation is a Total Small Business set-aside. The solicitation is a request for quote (RFQ).Product requirements are further defined in the solicitation.No CDs or hard copies of the solicitation will be available.
