The Government intends to solicit/award a contract restricting competition to specific brand-name plumbing, lighting, and mechanical fixtures as part of the construction of the Nolin River Lake Tailwater Restroom project. Attached to this Notice of Intent (NOI) is a list of the brand name fixtures that will be required for this project. Any interested contractors must be able to provide these specific items in their quote once the solicitation is issued. These brand name fixtures are needed to streamline and standarize the maintenance for this new restroom project with existing restroom facilities within the project area of Nolin River Lake. Utilizing the same fixture will allow the the maintenance department to streamline repairs by using identical parts, resulting in an increase in efficiency making repairs, and being more cost efficient by being able to stock identical replacement parts for all restrooms within the project area. Here is a general list of items: Plumbing: American Standard lavatories, toilets, and urinals. Plumbing: Delta faucets. Partitions: Comtec HDPE toilet compartments and urinal partitions. Accessories: Bobrick waste receptacles and toilet tissue dispensers. Appliances: Global Industrial hand dryers. Lighting: Envision LED light fixtures. Lighting: Lithonia light fixtures. HVAC: Dyna-Glow forced air heaters. ALL responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which will be considered by the agency (per FAR 5.207(c)(16)). Any interested sources may submit information to Justin McPherson, Contract Specialist, via email at justin.m.mcpherson@usace.army.mil no later than 12:00 PM EDT on 02 September 2026. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement.
