Statement of work, as posted

Outdoor Recreation of Little Rock Air Force Base is seeking to acquire from Vermont Systems LLC the RecTrac POS System subscription to include the RecTrac Workgroup Software, VSI Cloud, Software Subscription Configuration, and PayTrac. If you believe your company can provide this requirement, the software MUST be compatible with the RecTrac equipment that Outdoor Recreation already possesses. The software must be cloud based and accessible from any device on the base's .com network infrastructure.The subscription would be used for a base plus four option year contract. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by RFO 13.101-1(b). Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they are capable of meeting the requirements are invited to submit, in writing, complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed above. Information is to be submitted to TSgt George Ordonez at george.ordonez@us.af.mil and Camille Ezugwu at camille.ezugwu@us.af.mil. The deadline for submittals is 5 September 2026 at 10:00 AM CDT. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
