Offerors must quote all required items and quantities. Brand Name or Equal: Equal products must meet or exceed the required specifications. Technical Documentation: Equal products must include the manufacturer, model number, and supporting technical documentation. Product Condition: Items must be new, unused, authentic, and in original manufacturer packaging. No refurbished, used, reconditioned, or grey-market products. Local Warranty: All items must include a manufacturer’s standard warranty valid in the Republic of Panama and supported locally. Offerors shall provide the warranty terms, coverage, duration, and expiration date. Delivery: Offerors must state the proposed delivery schedule for all items. Basis of Award: Award will be based on Best Value to the Government, considering technical compliance, delivery, local warranty, and price.
