Account requiredWhy it scored this way

Every reason behind the verdict rather than the headline one — which of your certifications match, how much runway is left, whether the work is your size, and what we would need to know to sharpen it.

Draft the paperwork

Written against this notice and what you have told us about your company. Anything we do not know is marked [NEEDS INPUT] in the draft rather than guessed at — read it before you send it.

Start a free trial to draft these. Nothing is sent to an agency on your behalf, ever — you get a document to review, edit and submit yourself.

Compliance matrix

Every stated and implied requirement, its source section, whether it is mandatory, and where your response will address it.

Proposal outline

A submission skeleton where every required element is a heading with its source requirement quoted beneath it. You write the substance; nothing gets forgotten.

Questions to submit

Genuine ambiguities and requirements that disadvantage a smaller bidder, drafted as questions you can submit before the Q&A deadline.

Past performance write-ups

Which of your prior awards best match this requirement, and draft write-ups in the format the agency asked for.

Statement of work, as posted

Contractor shall supply and deliver within 12 weeks, a complete ready-to-assemble, heavy-duty commercial-grade galvanized steel carport kit measuring 16 feet to18 feet in width by 35 feet to 38 feet in length, 8 feet legs with a maximum height of 10 feet at the roof peak. This is a materials only procurement; the vendor is responsible for delivery of all components but shall not perform any on-site assembly or installation. The structural framing kit must feature a minimum of 14 gauge galvanized steel tubing to ensure industrial grade strength and comprehensive corrosion resistance. The roofing material package must utilize an A frame vertical panel configuration composed of a minimum 29 gauge steel panels with a weather-resistant finish; horizontal roof systems are not acceptable due to drainage requirements over the 36-foot span. All supplied components, when assembled according to the manufacturers instructions, must meet certified engineering ratings capable of resisting wind speeds of at least 130 MPH and a minimum snow load capacity of 30 PSF. Additionally, the vendor shall supply a complete, heavy-duty anchoring kit engineered specifically for the target installation surface (concrete, asphalt, or ground) along with all necessary assembly hardware and detailed, step by step installation instructions. All materials and structural components must strictly comply with ASTM standards for cold-formed steel structural members. Spec Sheet with picture of product required in offer.
