The United States Department Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Cold Spring Harbor, NY, intends to award on a single source basis. Potential sources who believe they can provide the services listed are invited to submit a quotation by the response date listed, in accordance with the instructions provided herein.
