The VA is seeking to provide for this requirement as of 09/10/2026 to establish a new service. NAICS Code: 811310 Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance. PSC Code: J045 Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment: Plumbing, Heating, and Waste Disposal Equipment. (e) Cursory market research has identified several small businesses that may be able to provide for this requirement.
