SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE Solicitation Number: W15QKN26QA163 (Pending- post RFI) Title: Refuse and Recycling Collection Services - Salem, VA Location: PFC Cloyse E. Hall USARC, 1915 Roanoke Blvd, Salem VA 24153-6488. Description: The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) is conducting market research on behalf of the 99th Readiness Division to identify capable sources to provide refuse and recycling collection services. The government requires a contractor to provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform the following: Container Provision: Supply, deliver, and maintain two (2) 8-cubic-yard dumpsters (one for general refuse, one for commingled recyclables). Refuse & Recycling Collection: Perform weekly collection and disposal of all materials from the provided containers. Disposal: Transport and dispose of all waste and recyclable materials at a licensed off-site facility in accordance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Bulky Waste (As-Needed): Provide and service two (2) 15-yard roll-off containers for wood and metal disposal on an as-needed basis, not to exceed one collection per container per year. Submission Request: Please review the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for detailed requirements. Interested and capable firms are requested to submit a brief capability statement indicating: Company Name, CAGE Code, UEI, and Point of Contact. Business size and all socio-economic statuses (e.g., 8(a), SDVOSB, WOSB, HubZone, Small Business) under NAICS code 562111 (Solid Waste Collection). A brief narrative (not to exceed 2 pages) confirming your firm's capability to provide all required containers and perform the recurring collection and disposal services as described in the PWS. This is a Sources Sought notice for market research purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation. The Government will not award a contract on the basis of this notice.
