The War Media Activity HQ, intends to solicit and negotiate on a noncompetitive sole source basis, under the authority of (FAR) 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B), to LRP Publication, for continuous access to guidance and training on federal EEO compliance regulation and frequent guidance/federal law updates and latest legal/court rulings. The primary purpose of this required service is to obtain online subscription-based service that provides crucial information for performing the EEO role effectively and ensuring compliance with federal EEO laws and policies. CyberFeds is the only service provider that offers an array of features that provides the type of service needed. It offers one-of-a-kind resources and there are no equivalent resources for each of the following available from any other vendor: Quick start Guides, Summaries of case decisions that is critical for providing Agency level decisions on complaints; compliance charts, forms libraries and access to a a full library of training that are provided with the service. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: The contractor provides online subscription service for an all in one array of features that provide the type of service/training needed for each of the following: Quick start Guides, Summaries of case decisions that is critical for providing Agency level decisions on complaints; compliance charts, forms libraries and access to a a full library of training that are provided with the service. These services will be provided to The War Media Activity HQ EEO Office. The NAICS Code is 541519 and the small business size standard is $34 million. This is a service contract to provide continuous access to guidance and training on federal EEO compliance regulation and frequent guidance/federal law updates and latest legal/court rulings to War Media Activity EEO personnel.
