It is Distribution Code "D", which limits access to Department of Defense (DoD) & U.S. DoD contractors only. Please refer to Section C in the solicitation for additional information and directions on how to access this documentation. 4. The Government requires Military Packaging - Level B and has associated Special Packaging Instructions (SPIs) for this procurement.
