The requirement is for the purchase of Haas Machinery listed in the attached Justification and Approval for Sole Source to Phillips Corporation. The Government intends to negotiate solely with Phillips Corporation. under the authority of FAR 12.102 and 10 USC 3204, only one source capable of meeting the government’s requirement. Supporting documentation is attached to this notice. Response Instructions: This is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes, and no solicitation document is available.
