The NAICS codes for this requirement are 311513, 311991, 311511. The contract type will be Firm-Fixed Price. The evaluation factors are Price and Past Performance. Price will be rated higher than Past Performance. The Government will award all items to responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government. Failure to deliver within the established time frames will be considered as Non-Conformance under the contract terms and subject to termination. The solicitation will be made available on or about August 10, 2026, and will be posted in www.sam.gov in the Contract Opportunities section. All future information regarding this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this website. The anticipated date for receipt of quote is August 25, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. Central Standard Time via e-mail to Tex-ProcurementProp@bop.gov.
