The Naval Supply (NAVSUP) Systems Command, Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (FLCJ), FL intends to issue a sole source award utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures to Renk Systems Corporation for Bonnet Assemblys and O-rings. Renk Systems Corporation, Cage: 36WJ4, UEID: ELX3A2CND3W6 is the only U.S. based OEM Authorized provider of these Spare parts. To Ensure adherence to OEM specification, correction installation, and proper maintenance, it is recommended that parts and services for the aforementioned be obtained via Renk Systems Corporation. There are no other U.S. based authorized distributors for this part and non-OEM approved material and services will not be covered under the Renk warranty policy. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) code is 333618, with a size standard of 1,500 Employees. The product service code (PSC) is 2895.This notice of intent is for informational purposes only. This notice does not constitute a request for proposals, request for quote or an invitation to bid. All sources eligible to provide the requirement must respond in writing. Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence to clearly articulate the ability to provide the requirement as outlines above. A request for documentation will not be considered as an affirmative response. If no response are received to this notice by 01 September 2026 at 10:00 A.M. ET, to the effect that comparable items are available, and that this is more advantageous to the Government than obtaining this product though a sole source contract, then a sole source acquisition award will be made.
